Counselling skills are an essential part of any managers skills mix, but many managers, particularly men, fail to respond with sufficient empathy, concern, or tact, to the demands placed on them by their employees or, indeed, customers.
I offer bespoke counselling skills training to employees at whatever their current level of seniority or skill.
I can offer anything from an afternoon awareness raising session, to a full years advanced programme. I only work with organisations, however, and do not market counselling skills trainings to individuals.
In planning a counselling skills training it is important to bear in mind that an appropriate group size is 10 to 20 people, with the smaller number being more appropriate for more advanced workshops.
