HIV/AIDS at Work Awareness Training.

No health issue has caused as much public concern as HIV/AIDS, yet as the number of people affected by HIV/AIDS continues to increase at an alarming rate, the chances of meeting someone with HIV/AIDS is also rapidly increasing.  This has serious implications for organisations where staff that are likely to meet HIV+ clients, or manage HIV+ staff.

As someone who has conducted research in HIV/AIDS, and worked within the HIV NGO sector, I am ideally placed to offer awareness raising sessions to the public and private sector alike.

My sessions always include both relevant and up to date information, and experiential skills building elements, but the balance, however, is a decision for you.  If you need help formulating training aims and objectives, I am happy to help.

My experience of running awareness raising sessions is that smaller groups in the order of 12/14 people tend to work best.
