Hello, my name is Phil Tyson, and welcome to my services for business website.

I have many years of experience working with businesses to deliver quality therapy and training services. I have worked with large and small companies, solicitors, insurance companies, and employee assistance programmes.

In principal, all services I offer to individuals are also available to businesses. Over the years, however, I have developed a number of services that directly address the needs of business. These are:

Return to work counselling.

Management supervision coaching.

Drug and alcohol misuse counselling.

Occupational burnout counselling.

Counselling skills training.

HIV/AIDS awareness training.

As business people often look for results in the short term, I tend to conduct my counselling and coaching work within a ‘relentlessly positive solution focussed’ framework. My aim is to deliver measurable improvements within a six session (over a 10 week) time frame.

I am also flexible, and can meet clients at my home, in their own home, in Manchester city centre offices, or at the clients’ place of work. I can even work with clients over the telephone.

I am looking to build relationships with business people who may use my services in the future, so even if you’re not commissioning right now, it would be great to hear from you.
